At Edmonton Painters Pro, we stand by our service and provides one of the best guarantees in Edmonton. For all industrial, residential and commercial projects, completed in Edmonton and area we are pleased to offer a four-year guarantee on all external work and a very generous eight years on all internal work. Our guarantee starts on the day the contract is signed and is in full force and effective on payment date, forward, for the original customer and with an official receipt.

We are committed to high quality work, and providing the right conditions have been satisfied, we will be pleased to render repairs for the original client on areas where peeling and blistering have occurred, without incurring any additional expenses. Please note that is with any warranty/guarantee work, some exclusions will apply. For instance:

• Painting project where paint is customer-supplied.
• High-range temperature differences.
• Peeling of previous paint layers.
• Damage through neglect, accident or abuse.
• Bleeding knots.
• Galvanized metal.
• Cracks in drywall and/or paint.
• Interior varnished surfaces.
• Moisture intrusion.
• Settlement of foundation where cracking occurs.

Paint Warranty

Edmonton Painters Pro is pleased to provide high-quality paint and paint products for completing your project and provide our customers with extensive warranty coverage. Paint-specific warranties are typically based on proper preparation of a sound substrate, correct application technique while utilizing manufacturers requirements for ongoing maintenance such as cleaning.

Paint Limited Warranty

All paint manufactures we use offer limited warranties in the event that the product is defective or in any way unsuitable for the application for which it was sold. As a result, if your paint is defective, it will be replaced, free of charge.
